Robert et Louise en Paris

Pardon my french, or the non-existence. But Robert et Louise is an absolutely must visit restaurant when ever in Paris, which happens far to rarely. Facebook is a perfect place to get traveltips on sights and restaurants when you are going somewhere, and everytime someone asks about Paris my answers the same:

Robert et Louise

Don’t be fooled by the last decade looking website, these are artist and online presence is not important. This place is perfect located in the heart of Marais and is as authentic Paris as it gets. From the lightening, to the decoration, to the all time father strictly waiting the table, to the marvelous taste of food and wine. Mmmm one can only dream the road goes through Paris again soon.

Hot tips: Remember to book in advance and to orders theirs Côte de bæuf!

My new hero – David Thorne

David Thorne is my new hero. I don’t do celebetes, I don’t spot them, can’t remember the names, and generally just don’t follow the trends and gossip. So Davis Thorne is all new to, and he was introduced to me through a wise man and his facebook status update. LOL might be a tween stupid chat expression, but I was literally laughing out load and instantly had to share it with close friends I knew would share the humor. That said, I NEVER laugh out load and especially not alone, but David Thorne is just spot on provocative black humor presented in a brilliant way that shows his high intelligence.  I was lucky to find the book in the bookshelf at home, but if you don’t have it I highly recommend you get it.

David Thorne “The Internet is a Playground”

The ones that got me hooked was “Overdue Accounts” where he tries to pay his outstanding amount with a drawing of a Spider. You need to read some of his stuff, I’m luckily going away on a long weekend Thursday, and I plan to work through the entire book, ignoring all other guests by laughing loudly.
